Drayage refers to a vital trade show service which can provide the exhibitor with the following:

* An early scheduled appointment time at the receiving dock for your carrier.

* Proper forklifts and other materials handling equipment reserved and available at the dock to off-load your shipment.

* Fully qualified receivers and freight handlers available to off-load your shipment, count it for shortages, and inspect it for visable damage in the presence of your carrier's driver. Conditions not matching your Bill of Lading will be noted on the Western Display receiving report, a copy of which will go to you for notification and/or claim purposes with your carrier.

* Your shipment will be weighed and any carrier Bill of Lading showing excess weight will be brought to your attention when a reduced freight charge might be applicable.

* Your shipment will be delivered either directly to your booth, or as near to your booth space as move-in site conditions allow.

* Empty Storage labels will be available at the Western Display Exhibitor Help Desk for you to identify all crates and cartons which you require to be stored by us for you during the run of the show.

* Properly labelled crates/cartons will be taken away and stored for you prior to show opening.

* As soon as possible after the show closing, your empty crates and cartons will be returned to you for pack-up.

* Courier Bills of Lading are available to you at Western Display's Exhibitor Help Desk for completion of your return shipping instructions.

* Your return shipment will be transported back to the dock and loaded onto your designated out-bound carrier.

* If your carrier does not pick-up your shipment before the show hall closes down, Western Display will either take your shipment back to our warehouse for later loading onto your carrier from there, or re-route your shipment onto the show's Official Carrier, whichever is more appropriate under the circumstances.
